01 / AI
AI is reshaping how commercial decisions get made. The question that matters is not which model to buy, but where AI should enter the decision and where it should not. I work on that boundary: adopting AI where it measurably improves the call, keeping it out where it adds noise, and governing what it changes. I write about this weekly in #TheExecutionGap and build working tools to test it in practice.
02 / Commercial Strategy
Twenty years running international B2B operations across Europe, the Americas, Maghreb, and the Middle East. Market entries built from zero in Mexico, Peru, and Cameroon; a central agreement with Walmart USA secured through a two-year bottom-up strategy; B2B portfolios up to 8M euros. Strategy, in practice: not the slide, the P&L that follows it.
03 / Organizational Governance
Decisions only hold when someone is accountable for them. Nine years as Managing Director with full P&L accountability and Board reporting, growing a healthcare organization from 8 to 30 people at 20%+ revenue growth year on year. Legal accountability too: Authorized EU Representative before Spanish health authorities for a South Korean MedTech manufacturer, and direct liaison with Catalonia's health department through the COVID period for a 30,000-patient base.
04 / Human Judgment
Data informs. Judgment decides. After twenty years of commercial decisions, I spent nearly three years earning certified fluency in data analytics, BI, and data engineering (UPC, Microsoft), so the person reading the numbers, the person deciding, and the person executing can be the same one. That is the gap most organizations never close, and the reason this site exists.
